Southern Diaspora Research and Development Center, Inc. is an NGO to the United Nations. Which advocated for the rights of Indigenous Peoples in North America, South America, Central America and the Caribbean. SDRDC is also one of the non-for-profit, NGO's to the United Nations working in research development for the U.N. Decade of People of African Descent.
In Kenya, East Africa, "African Women Agriculture Diaspora Institute" is an NGO. Beginning 2024, SDRDC will serve as the conduit for any U.S. grants or individual contributions.
SDRDC will also serve as a conduit for some representatives of Indigenous nonprofit organization in the region who are coming to the United Nations in New York for Indigenous People's Summits.
SDRDC will not be making any grants to any organizations nationally or internationally because as a nonprofit organization, SDRDC does not have the financial capacity to fund any organization. We are not in the business of a foundation who provides grant sponsorships.
However, SDRDC can act as a conduit for a non-governmental organization who carefully vented.
Board Members or any decision making body, cannot have family working for the SDRDC.
It would also be a conflict of interest of giving contracts to family members. In case of foreign governments, non funds collected is to benefit other governments. SDRDC cannot and will not support any parties running for elected office or accepting any donations in return for favors.
SDRDC will give awards to adults and students who have demonstrated services to the community in positive ways. However, we will not be giving out scholarships.
SDRDC will provide free workshops to the global community with the help of the United Nations in Sustainable Economic Development, Global Warming and Green Energy.
To provide information in unedited and undistilled form to Non Governmental Organizations in the Small Island Developing States and to other Non Governmental Organizations involved in United Nations Related Activity and in sustainable economic, social and environmental development.
To serve as a research institute looking into the need for information and answers to hypothesis posed by Sustainable Economic, Social and Environmental Conservation Groups.
To provide support service to the International Network of Small Island Developing States NGOs and Indigenous Peoples Organizations (known as) INSNI.
To provide support Service to the NGO Committee to the Commission on Sustainable Development of the United Nations.
To provide technical assistance and development services to entities involved in sustainable economic, social and environmental conservation projects.
